We have a range of interviewers, all highly trained and with different industry expertise.
For example, we have interviewers who work for Boston Consulting Group, Accenture, Merrill Lynch, Unilever and many other city firms. We also have interviewers with backgrounds in law, education, charity the environment and more.

Jette Lundgren: Management Consultancy
Jette has worked for Unilever in Germany and in the UK, most recently as Demand Planning and Sourcing Manager. She has substantial experience in interviewing, having worked in the HR department for Gemini Consulting, as well as interviewing with Unilever and assessing the apprentices’ recruitment programme.
Bobby Seagull: Finance
Bobby works for one of the leading investment banks as an equity cash trader. A former Chairman of the Blueprint Investment Club and the Royal Holloway Investment Society, Bobby has been a semi-finalist in the World Universities Public Speaking Championship.
Jamie Dear: Charity Sector
Jamie manages Trust Youth, an educational charity. He is chair of trustees for Oxford-based charity Jacari, and a trustee for Oxford Community and Voluntary Action. Jamie has also worked with the Charities Advisory Trust and Helen & Douglas House children’s hospice, and he sits on the steering group for NCVO’s Third Sector: First Choice. He is founder of a social enterprise, Oxford Fission.
