How much experience do the interviewers have?

All our interviewers are experienced and highly trained. See here for more information.

Where do interviews take place?

We have offices in the Saïd Business School and Oxford University Careers Services.

How long are interviews?

40 minutes in length, made up of 30 minutes practice interview and 10 minutes feedback.

What feedback will I get?

Our interviewers are trained to provide qualitative feedback. During the interview your interviewer will fill out a feedback form which will assess your performance against selected desirable criteria that companies look for. At the end of the interview, your interviewer will review this with you in depth, advising on areas of improvement. A DVD film of your interview can also be provided, to aid further performance analysis.

Do you give CV advice?

As our interviewers are trained and experienced they can provide tips on your CV, but the focus is on the practice interview. We provide CV-based practice interviews, which is an excellent way to hone your CV into shape.
